Gujarat State Investments Limited (GSIL) is wholly-owned Government of Gujarat Company and working with the minimum employees and having its registered office at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Considering the employee strength of the Company it would not be practical to undertake a direct CSR Projects, therefore the Board discharged its' obligation towards CSR Spending through Gujarat CSR Authority / Trust/ Societies etc as created by the Government of Gujarat.
